Hi to everyone
Following a major storm my automatic gate with mechanism Proteco aster stayed open.
I disconnected the electric power and I closed the door manually.
Then i tried again to open it remotely, the door is opening but stays open and gives an error code n2 during closing cycle.
fuses are Ok. Electric power is OK.
Any suggestions?
