The gate status is based on the status of a position contact (see the 19th page of the manual in http://www.gateguide.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=4889 - look at terminal block positions 15 & 16).
This position contact may not be installed or be damaged, the connecting cable may be damaged etc. |
