Strange Gate Opening Issue

I've checked the voltage on both terminals when the buttons are pressed. When button two is pressed, voltage is applied to the single gate terminal only. When button 1 is pressed, no voltage is detected on either gate terminal. Both should be live, but they aren't.

This applied to all remotes and the manual gate opening switch in the house.

is this gate operator set are 24 V ?
did you check all fuses on control board

Hi, the gates are 240V, and yes I have checked all of the fuses.
